Dros y blynyddoedd, rydyn ni wedi darparu gwasanaethau ar gyfer byrddau iechyd lleol ac awdurdodau lleol mewn partneriaeth ledled Cymru. Fel elusen ymgyrchu, rydyn ni’n ennill newidiadau pwysig mewn atal a thrin HIV, brwydro yn erbyn stigma a gwella iechyd rhywiol yng Nghymru. Mae THT Cymru yn bartner yn Fast Track Caerdydd a’r Fro a bydd yn un o sylfaenwyr Fast Track Cymru.
